Features & options

Modern retractable roof systems offer far more than weather protection. A wide range of integrated features can be specified to enhance comfort, improve usability and complement the surrounding architecture. Depending on the system selected, options may include automated operation, integrated LED lighting, weather sensors, side glazing, heating and a choice of high-performance finishes. 

On louvred systems such as Pratic Opera and Vision, features such as adjustable aluminium blades can even rotate by up to 140°, allowing the amount of sunlight, shade and natural ventilation to be precisely controlled throughout the day. As weather conditions change, the blades can be repositioned to create a comfortable outdoor environment, before closing completely during rainfall. Integrated drainage channels concealed within the structure then direct rainwater away from the covered area.
