Unless specified otherwise in a written agreement, these general terms and conditions shall apply to all offers and quotes issued by Base Structures Company Reg. No. 08299940 – hereinafter in the document as “Base Structures UK Ltd”), to all agreements between Base Structures UK Ltd and its customer (“Customer”) and to all invoices issued by Base Structures UK Ltd
