Vicki Cullimore

With a longstanding interest in art and design, Vicki qualified as an architect 13 years ago and has since worked at a number of well-established architectural practices across a wide variety of sectors, including more than 12 years specialising in high-end residential projects. Her background combines creative design thinking with practical project delivery, bringing valuable architectural experience to Base Structures.

Vicki holds a BTEC National Diploma in Art & Design alongside qualifications in Architecture including a BSc (Hons), MArch, Postgraduate Certificate and ARB registration. Her role as Architectural Design Manager means she acts as a key point of contact during the early stages of design development and client engagement.

Her responsibilities span architectural design, business development, sales and project management, with a focus on ensuring high-quality design concepts are translated into practical, buildable and compliant solutions. Her role includes delivering CPDs, supporting new business opportunities and working closely with project teams to help develop aesthetically strong and technically achievable outcomes.

Vicki particularly enjoys the collaborative nature of working at Base Structures and values being part of a talented and experienced team with a wide range of specialist skills and perspectives. The combination of creativity, engineering and problem-solving across projects is something she finds especially rewarding.

Outside of work, Vicki enjoys painting, exploring and spending time in the countryside on her farm.
