Milo Fish
HSEQ Manager

Milo has worked in construction health and safety for more than 10 years, building experience across a range of large-scale and technically demanding projects throughout Europe before joining Base Structures. Prior to joining the company, he spent several years working on major data centre developments, helping manage health, safety and compliance in fast-paced construction environments.
He holds a NEBOSH General Certificate, TechIOSH membership, Kelvin TOPSET Incident Investigation training and NPORS Lifting Gear Inspection qualifications, bringing a strong technical and practical understanding of site safety and operational standards.
At Base Structures, Milo’s role spans health and safety management, project management support for Principal Contractor projects, environmental and sustainability initiatives, and systems management across the wider business. A key part of his work focuses on improving efficiencies within project management processes, while ensuring the company consistently meets, and often exceeds, relevant standards and industry best practice.
Milo is also heavily involved in Base Structures’ ongoing sustainability efforts, with a particular focus on carbon reduction and supporting the company’s long-term Net Zero ambitions. He enjoys finding practical ways to improve processes and systems while helping projects run safely, efficiently and collaboratively.
What he values most about working at Base Structures is the people and culture within the business. He enjoys being part of a company with highly skilled project management and installation teams, where collaboration, experience and problem-solving are central to the way projects are delivered.
