Kate Traynor

Having worked in finance and administration for more than 10 years, Kate has developed a broad range of experience across financial management, office operations and business support, with particular strengths in accounts payable, purchase ledger management and account reconciliation.

Before joining Base Structures, Kate gained valuable experience working with international banking reconciliations and managing Scandinavian client accounts at an international acquisitions firm. Her background also includes working closely with currency exchange and banking systems, giving her strong attention to detail and a practical understanding of financial processes across different sectors.

At Base Structures, Kate plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, helping ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently. Alongside her responsibilities within the company, she is also studying towards her CIMA qualifications, continuing to expand her financial knowledge.

Kate enjoys the variety that comes with working in a growing and fast-paced company environment, where no two days are ever quite the same and collaboration across teams is an important part of the role.
