Catherine joined Base Structures with a strong background in retail management, office supervision and customer service, supporting the business across a wide range of day-to-day operations. Her role combines office administration, front of house support and assistance across finance, marketing and social media, helping keep the business organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Alongside managing general office operations, Catherine is involved in coordinating supplier accounts, processing supplier applications and pre-qualification questionnaires, organising equipment and overseeing stock replenishment across the office. She is also First Aid trained and acts as one of the company’s Fire Wardens.
Catherine enjoys the variety her role brings and particularly likes helping organise the smaller details that contribute to company culture and team life, from office events to Christmas celebrations and team gatherings.
Outside of work, Catherine is a busy mum of three. She enjoys making handcrafted pieces from polymer clay, including jewellery and bespoke wedding cake toppers, and can usually be found either crafting something new or acting as the family’s “mum taxi” on days off.
