Fletcher Priest, architects for two high specification office buildings for Land Securities, required a solution for a backlit soffit to the entrance canopies for no.10 and no.30 Eastbourne Terrace.

We came up with a frame and quick release tensioning system that allows the PVC fabric panels to be removed for access whilst maintaining a clean and uncluttered appearance. The fabric was sourced for its high translucency.
