Dunc joined us from ArchitenLandrell where he was the senior site manager to become our Installations manager.

Carl joined us as a rigger in Sept 2005, bringing with him years of experience in the installation of fabric structures.

Jason is one of our IRATA L3 qualified site supervisors. He has 12 years experience in rope access and has been working in the fabric industry for 5 years.

Nick is a rigger and site supervisor with over 10years experience in the industry.

Steve joined us in August 2009 as a rope access site supervisor with over 5 years of experience in the industry.

After much hard work on site for us recently as a subbie, we finally decided to give Paul a real job! He has extensive experience of installing tensile fabric structures and has joined our installation team as a Site Supervisor / Rigger.

Polish Piotr used to work for Base temporarily but did such a good job we decided to employ him permanently. Piotr also has a good eye for photography, having taken some great pictures of our recent projects.

Having grown up with tensile fabric structures, Evan joined us April 2008 from South Africa to take over as our Design Manager.

Mark has over 20 years experience in the industry. He joined Base in March 2002 and as well as patterning, assists in the production and production management of fabric structures.

Jenna joined us in November 2007, she has a degree in product design and has joined Base to gain experience in all aspects of structure design.

'Guitar man' Adam having gained a lot of experience with us in the fabric manufacturing department he has now moved into the Design team to train as a draftsperson and devlop his skills.

Canadian Bryan, recently joined our expanding design team. With a degree in Architecture & 4yrs previous experience, Bryan is also currently enrolled in the Master of Membrane Structures at Anhalt University.

Rachel has nearly 10 years admin experience and is now training in Personnel to fulfill her new role of running the administration and personnel.

Heidi joined us in Nov 2009, to work as our Receptionist and Administrator. A very crucial role as she also has the responsibility of organising work events & staff outings! See our news page for recent events...

With 7 years accounts experience and AAT qualifications Russ joined us in January 2006 as an accounts administrator and is now Finance Manager.

Raj joined in Feb 2008 to be our Finance Assistant. A very important lady as she pays the bills!

Warwick had been working in the tensile fabric industry for over 10 years when he joined Base in 2003. He is is our quartermaster and anchorman.

Mark has over 10 years experince in installing fabric canopies and has joined us in August 2006 to run the workshop.

Recent recruit Peter has been doing a great job re-painting our outside rails, as well as keeping the place tidy and in good working order!

Derek joined us in 2003 bringing with him 7 years of experience in the tensile fabric industry. When not at work Derek can be found sunning himself on Turkish beaches or riding his bike!

John joined us in July 2002. Now with over 7 years experience in the manufacture of tensile fabric structures he is production foreman.

Mark has recently joined the Company as a Trainee Loft Fabricator. When not watching Bristol Rovers or Liverpool you can find Mark out and about on his Mountain Bike.

Marek joined us in early 2010 to work as a Loft Fabricator in the ever expanding team.

Sean joined Base earlier this year to work in the factory as a Trainee Loft Fabricator.

Gary (aka Chipper) joined us in 2002 with 6 years experience in the manufacture of tensile fabric structures.

Lee has just joined the Company as a Team Leader looking after the Plotter cutters and Fabric Stores. In his free time Lee is assistant manager and qualified FA coach to Whitchurch under 8’s football team.

Nerijus joined us in June 2005 as a trainee. He has now become an established member of the fabric manufacturing team.

Robertas joined us in May 2006 to train as a plotter cutter operator.

Sue joined Base in 2003 as a sewing technician. She has over 30 years experience in sewing and dressmaking.

Mariusz is a multi skilled production worker from an engineering background.

Dave was looking for a professional change in direction and new challenges. He joined us in Sept 2007 to look after our print team.

Tom is an experienced PTFE worker and joined us in Jan 2007 to be part of the manufacturing team.

"The biker" Dave joined us in July 2007 and is experienced in banner and keder manufacturing.

With many years experience in the print industry Steve was well placed to take on this unique position in the company of running our new printing machines.

Ben joined us early 2009 to help with the expansion of the printing department.

Byron has recently joined the Company as a trainee Print and pre-press operator. When not working Byron likes to spend time riding his motorbike and attending live music concerts.
