Lee joined us in Jan 2008 from Vector foil-tec where he was a site manager, to become our Logistics and Installation Health and Safety Manager.

Peter came to us with over 10years experience in the tensile industry to be our Site Supervisor.

Carl joined us as a rigger in Sept 2005, bringing with him years of experience in the installation of fabric structures.

Nick is a rigger and site supervisor with over 10years experience in the industry.

Gerry joined us all the way from OZ in Sept 2005 as our design manager. Gerry has worked for one of the largest fabric companies in Australia where he gained great understanding and experience in the design of fabric structures.

Jenna joined us in November 2007, she has a degree in product design and has joined Base to gain experience in all aspects of structure design.

Rachel has nearly 10 years admin experience and is now training in Personnel to fulfill her new role of running the administration and personnel.

Lyndsey is our new friendly admin assitant and so far she is doing a stirling job as Archiving Woman!

With 7 years accounts experience and AAT qualifications Russ joined us in January 2006 as our accounts administrator.

Raj joined in Feb 2008 to be our Finance Assistant. A very important lady as she pays the bills!

Warwick had been working in the tensile fabric industry for over 10 years when he joined Base in 2003. He is is our quartermaster and anchorman.

Mark has over 10 years experince in installing fabric canopies and has joined us in August 2006 to run the workshop.

The multi-talented Bob has over 20 years experience in the tensile fabric industry and 40 years overall in industrial fabrics. Steady away Bob!

Derek joined us in 2003 bringing with him 7 years of experience in the tensile fabric industry. When not at work Derek can be found sunning himself on Turkish beaches or playing darts.

James joind us in November 2005 as a trainee. Having now completed his training he is an established member of the fabric manufacturing team.

Nerijus joined us in June 2005 as a trainee. He has now become an established member of the fabric manufacturing team.

Robertas joined us in May 2006 to train as a plotter cutter operator.

Sue joined Base in 2003 as a sewing technician. She has over 30 years experience in sewing and dressmaking.

Mariusz is a multi skilled production worker from an engineering background.

Dave was looking for a proffesional change in direction and new challenges. He joined us in Sept 2007 to look after our print

'Guitar man' Adam is experienced in all areas of manufacturing and joined our team in Dec 2006.

'Ollie the banner man' joined in June 2006 to become part of the fabric team.

"Good guy" Tomasz joined us in June 2006 to be part of the cutting banner production team.

Tom is an experienced PTFE worker and joined us in Jan 2007 to be part of the manufacturing team.
