From stunning entrance canopies, walkways and temporary stadia to the more functional screening, roofing, shades and shelters, Base Structures designs and builds world class tensile fabric structures.

Headquartered in the UK, Base works across the globe whether it’s France, Denmark, America, Iraq or Brazil.

With more than 1,500 membrane architecture projects delivered worldwide, Base Structures is known for its ability to deliver even the most complex architectural designs and for both large scale and fast track programmes.

Signature fabric structures include the world renowned Lords Cricket Ground Mound Stand, the Basketball Arena and Royal Artillery Barracks at The London 2012 Games, entrance canopies for Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 and most recently the ‘Up at The O2’ roof walk over the former Millennium Dome in the UK.

Key international projects include the KAUST Temporary Pavilion in Saudi Arabia, shade canopies in Basra, Le Pal Zoo mesh enclosure in France, fabric membrane accommodation in Kenya and school, sports and residential projects in Denmark.
